Intracranial germinoma with panhypopituitarism in a 18-year old patient

Intracranial germ cell tumors (GCTs) account for only 0.4–3.4% of all central nervous system (CNS) tumors. A 18 year old patient with an unremarkable medical history was presented to the ophtalmology outpatient clinic with a 2 month history of loss of vision at left eye and blurrred vision at right also headache and fatigue.
